Developers who don’t reach a certain level required for the job in question will be told why and given constructive feedback to help them learn. This is in stark contrast to what presently exists on similar platforms where most developers are just left completely in the dark about why they failed, or worse, are never contacted again.
Geektastic also has interviewers in mind, as its technical challenges evaluate more than just technical ability. The challenges also examine specific software skill sets; this categorization allows interviewers to easily filter candidates and save a considerable amount of time with less burden on the hiring budget.
